Cancellation policy
Morning Services...
Morning services will NOT be cancelled except...if a Level Three is declared by the Licking Co. Sheriff's office, services will be cancelled.
Evening Services
(Sunday and Wednesday)…
Services and Awana clubs will meet as usual with the following guidelines…
Level One—services and club will be held. Use your own judgment as to attendance. Clubbers will not be penalized for missing club under any weather conditions parents deem unsafe for travel.
Level Two—services and clubs are cancelled. Listen for radio announcements (100 FM) or answering machine for confirmation. Under any conditions, if in doubt, call the church before you leave your home or office.
Snow Emergency Levels
Level One. Hazardous road conditions. Drive with care.
Level Two. Hazardous road conditions. Blowing and drifting snow. Call places of employment, etc. to make sure you should report.
Level Three. All roadways closed, except for emergencies. You can be ticketed, etc. if found on the road ways.
